Returning students form – attention all Prep – Year 5 parents
As we begin planning for the upcoming school year, we kindly ask that you complete the attached form to confirm that your child/children will be returning to St Augustine’s in 2025. This information is essential for our preparations.
The form also provides an opportunity for you to let us know if you will have a child starting Prep in 2026.
Please complete the form before Friday the 1st of November.

Student Absences
This is a friendly reminder, that if a student is absent from school, as parents/guardians you are required to inform the school of the reason for the absence. This can be done by filling out the Online Absence Form via the School App, or by sending an email to both the office (office@sakeilor.catholic.edu.au) and the class teacher.
If your child will be absent for more than 3 days due to a scheduled event such as a family holiday, or a medical procedure, you are then required to fill out a Prolonged Absence Form and return it to the class teacher with reasonable notice.
